I have recently been asked to replace the current Focused newsletter published by the Presentation Parents Guild with a website. Our reasons for initiating a website stemmed from our belief that our community is in need of a means for greater open communication and a forum to report on issues of concern, share our celebrations and successes. It is my hope that this wensite will open a dialogue to better understand the needs of our community. As a group we agreed that it was better to provide our community with an electronic newsletter where you are free to comment at your leisure via the Contact Us page on this website. Although this is not an open interactive forum like a Blog it will be updated frequently and your suggestions and comments will be addressed. It is our hope that through this PPG website our parishioners and school families gain a voice. The members of the PPG truly do want to know what you think, what you need and how you feel about the decisions that we make.
This website will be continually updated with information pertinent to the function of the PPG and will eliminate the cost of printing. Event Chairs are encouraged to submit information regarding your upcoming events as well as financial reports following each event. Everyone is encouraged to bookmark this page and check back often.
We are excited about this new venture and hope that we are able to accomplish the open communication that we strive for. Please feel free to offer comments, suggestions, or items for submission that pertain to the PPG's function in the school.
